Andredy Zapata is a Colombian Coffee Farmer from the town of El Águila, Valle del Cauca. Inspired by the Biodiversity that surrounds the area and thanks to the learnings that his family and people from the region have instilled in him around coffee processing methods, his family decided to launch his own brand Café Cangrejo 2050+.

Café Cangrejo 2050+ invites us to learn about the role tradition and the fresh water crab found in the region played when naming his brand. He encourages everyone to know the origin and work behind each cup of coffee they are drinking, to have a good understanding of all the practices and all the love that the coffee farmers instill in those beans and to enjoy the history and taste of a town in a cup of coffee “Cafe Cangrejo”.
